Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) with a workload of 50 – 60 %
Your tasks
Accounts payable
- Checking, coding and posting of
incoming invoices
- Execution of payment transactions
- Reconciliation of accounts payable and processing of dunning letters
- Maintenance of master data and general administrative tasks
Accounts receivable
- Posting of outgoing invoices and
incoming payments
- Monitoring of open items and dunning
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable
HR administration (supportive)
- Support
of personnel administration from entry to exit
- Preparation of contracts and work certificates according to templates
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Assistance with payroll processing and social security notifications
- Management of vacation, absence and time recording data
Your profile
- Completed
commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of Abacus as well as very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Precise, structured and independent working style
- Discreet, responsible and team-oriented personality
