On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a welder (m/f) for the TIG process.- Processing of hot gas cast turbine blades
- Manual welding using the TIG process
- Welding preparations with the hand grinding tool
- Performing FPI tests (fluorescent penetrant inspection)
- Monitoring the system and fixing minor malfunctions in cooperation with the maintenance department and system suppliers
- Deburring components and marking according to the required specifications
- Independently performing quality controls by visual inspection
- Reporting quality inspections in the SAP system
- Support in new developments, process improvements, and system optimization
- Implementation of KVP and 5S processes to identify and avoid waste

- Several years of experience in TIG welding with valid certifications (mandatory)
- Good material knowledge of aluminum, chrome steel, and nickel-based alloys
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good IT skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and in 2-shift operation
- Precise and clean working style
