About the job

• You support us in the daily business on our crisis intervention ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
• You help implement our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing the patients and thus to a better quality of life

• You have a degree as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII (or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad that is recognized in Switzerland)
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the environment of patients with cognitively impaired people
• You are a flexible and motivated personality who enjoys facing challenges and actively shaping changes
• You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
