We are looking for a Junior Fiduciary Mandate Manager (60-100%) who effectively relieves the managing director, reviews the work of the clerks and at the same time wants to gradually take on more responsibility for their own mandates.
We are deliberately not looking for a classic manager, but a personality with expertise, quality awareness and joy in keeping an overview and passing on knowledge.
Type of Work
- In this role, you will become an important professional support for management. You take responsibility, ensure quality and can actively contribute your own know-how
- Review of work by other clerks and ensuring professional quality
- Independent management and completion of smaller fiduciary mandates
- Customer accounting and preparation of financial statements
- Managing payroll mandates; payroll accounting and payroll administration
- VAT
- Managing tax mandates (natural and legal tax returns)
- Consultations and participation in meetings
- Support with more demanding mandates
- Professional contact person for colleagues
- Relieving the managing director in daily operational business
- Opportunity to gradually take on and expand more own mandate responsibility
- Active participation in further expansion and development of procedures and processes

Requirements Profile
- Professional certificate in fiduciary or a corresponding further education that you are currently completing or planning
- Several years of professional experience in fiduciary work and in independently preparing financial statements
- Experience in review tasks
- Enjoyment of numbers, quality and independent work
- You work independently, reliably and with a strong quality standard
- Sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
- Enjoy supporting others professionally and constructively reviewing work
- An uncomplicated, entrepreneurial-minded personality
- Your ideal age: 28-45 years
