In this role, you will be committed to targeted and consistent market development to develop existing and potential new customers in the area of Microsoft 365. With your open and profitable manner, you will manage to inspire your customers time and again. As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you are always at the forefront, embodying GARAIO externally and sensing firsthand what the needs and expectations of the market are. You will work closely with our customers to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. In doing so, you will benefit from your professional and technical expertise as well as your personal interest in innovative software solutions that no one wants to do without anymore. Together with marketing, you will support targeted and needs-oriented sales and marketing activities as needed and ensure their successful realization.

Your work environment will be as diverse as the Microsoft 365 tools - the following tasks will accompany you with us:

• Analyze the requirements of our customers regarding collaboration and communication in the company.
• Competently advise customers on digitalization and the use of new technologies such as AI.
• Support customers in choosing the right Microsoft 365 tools.
• Develop effective solutions based on M365.
• Develop and convey concepts around the use of M365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Provide professional and technical advice on the implementation of Microsoft 365 for our customers.
• Support in change management.
• Derive security and compliance requirements regarding data storage in the cloud.
• Integrate cloud applications into the existing IT environment and support the customer in data migration.
• Identify and implement applications for the use of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
• Accompany customer projects around M 365.

You are an open, communicative personality who likes to take action and take responsibility. Thanks to your structured and goal-oriented way of working, you manage to achieve your goals independently. You also enjoy and work successfully in a team. You also describe yourself as a customer- and solution-oriented person. Thanks to your ability to respond to various stakeholders, you quickly gain their trust in you and your work. You have successfully completed your training (FH or professional certificate) in business informatics and already have several years of professional experience in the field of Microsoft 365.

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you also count the following competencies among your strengths:

• Business knowledge and technical understanding, especially in related IT technologies.
• Analytical understanding and strong communication skills.
• Convincing and profitable appearance.
• Negotiation skills.
• Quick comprehension.
• Negotiation security in German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
