Corporate Tax Manager

Your task:

You will advise and support medium-sized companies in their business activities at the Solothurn location. In addition, you will independently conduct tax due diligence audits, advise on acquisition and sales structuring, and actively participate in contract negotiations (e.g., drafting tax clauses). Furthermore, you will advise on internal corporate restructurings and accompany their implementation. You will work interdisciplinarily with specialists from other fields abroad.

Your profile:

You are a certified tax expert and ideally bring broad experience in the field of corporate tax for this role. You have already gained practical experience in the above-mentioned areas in a fiduciary or consulting company or in an internationally active law firm or corporate tax department.
