What to expect

• You will independently handle cases mainly from the areas of employment and social security law
• You will advise our insured persons and represent them in legal disputes
• You will conduct negotiations with opposing parties, authorities, lawyers and insured persons
• You will accompany external legal mandates and assess the prospects of success and cost control

What you bring

• University degree in law, preferably with a lawyer's licence or comparable further training
• Professional experience in the specified legal areas; experience in other legal fields is an advantage
• Negotiation skills, customer orientation and assertiveness
• Fluent German skills; good English and Italian skills are an advantage
