Job Description

• Technical leadership, coaching, and support of developer teams up to a size of 5 developers
• Development of Java-based software projects (frontend/backend)
• Consulting customers in the area of software architectures, technical solution approaches, and project procedures
• Close collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders
• Application and promotion of agile methods (Scrum), best practice approaches, clean code, and DevOps culture
• Ensuring that agreed quality and security standards are met
• Responsible for architectural decisions as well as review and further development of existing system landscapes
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and specialist departments on the customer side

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist at FZ/FA, HF, or university level
• Several years of experience in Java development (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
• Good to very good knowledge in the frontend area with frameworks such as Angular or Bootstrap is an advantage
• Solid experience in the design and implementation of complex applications
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage
• Confident appearance in customer contact combined with high communication and consulting skills
• Strong social skills – team player who puts the WE in the foreground
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English at a good level
• Residence in Switzerland
