Tension - Your Activity
- Leading the assembly team with about 15 employees
- Operational responsibility for the timely and high-quality execution of maintenance orders - especially disassembly, assembly, and refurbishment of turbines, shut-off devices, and hydraulic components
- Long-term resource planning, project organization, and employee deployment planning - for both internal and external maintenance projects throughout Switzerland
- Coordination of internal processes with the workshop, technology, and various clients
- Collaboration and coordination with external service providers
- Responsibility for the training and further education of employees
