Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a meticulous and motivated Records Management Specialist to join our Records team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Trial Master File (TMF) and clinical archiving business needs are addressed in a proactive manner, acting as the primary contact for archived document requests during audits, inspections, and submissions. You will join a collaborative team of specialists dedicated to maintaining the integrity and accessibility of critical clinical research data.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of records, including the receipt, data entry, and database management of Trial Master File documents to ensure high-quality archiving and retrieval.

Collaborate with Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and internal stakeholders to manage account activities, remediate orphaned records, and provide training on Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) processes.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and global regulatory requirements by contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and supporting remote clinical inspections.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrated experience in Trial Master File (TMF) processing and long-term archiving within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.

Strong knowledge of Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems and the technical requirements for scanning, packaging, and coding wet-ink documents.

Proven ability to solve problems and recognize data inconsistencies while managing multiple stakeholder requests and aggressive timelines.

Relevant education or certification in records management or a scientific field is preferred, alongside a commitment to rigor and organizational excellence.
