In order to complete the educational team of the DO Sector, 3 living spaces for aging residents with disabilities and associated disorders or autism spectrum disorders, we are looking for a Social Educator, ASE, ASSC or Nurse (H/F) at an 80% activity rate.
Mission
You actively contribute to the well-being of the residents and ensure them the greatest possible autonomy. You guarantee educational support as well as daily care. You aim to increase and maintain their skills and support them in their losses. You assist them in their social integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in collaboration with the social network.
Responsibilities
Design and implement individual and collective socio-educational support
Support residents in daily life activities and assist them in their grief
Perform delegated medical and technical care acts related to your level of competence
Develop educational strategies tailored to the needs of residents
Participate in the selection, implementation, and facilitation of leisure and relaxation activities
Provide palliative support if needed
Collaborate actively with internal and external networks
Work in an interdisciplinary manner to address complex and heterogeneous issues
Ensure administrative tasks related to the team and residents
Desired Profile
Degree in social education at ASE, ASSC, ES or HES level, or nursing degree HES
Several years of experience in supporting people with disabilities or aging individuals
Ease in teamwork and communication, task organization; reliability
Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs
Driving license preferred
