About the job
What you can achieve
- You are responsible for operating and monitoring the filling and production plants assigned to you.
- You professionally guide the team members assigned to you on the line and ensure smooth production processes.
- You assist with the careful cleaning of our production facilities.
- You regularly carry out product quality checks and reliably adhere to our quality and hygiene standards, so that our customers always have the tastiest product in Switzerland available.
- You regularly and correctly complete the production reports.
What you bring with you
- You have a basic EFZ training in the food sector (food or dairy technologist, cook, butcher) or as a plant operator or have several years of experience as a plant operator.
- You have a strong technical flair for machines as well as excellent hygiene awareness.
- You already have initial knowledge in system application with SAP.
- You are flexible, mobile and willing to work in shifts (2-3 shifts).
- You have very good oral and written German skills (at least B2).
