Your impact

You are responsible for the organizational, personnel, and professional management of 10 employees at the three locations St. Gallen, Heerbrugg, and Rapperswil. Together with your team, you ensure the qualitative, quantitative, and timely processing of incoming files. Based on the strategy and regional goals, you review the offers and services of the locations and implement measures to optimize service quality. In addition, you ensure the personnel resources and are responsible for compliance with the service offering. Furthermore, you ensure the professional training and further education of the employees. As a link, you coordinate and maintain contacts with various authorities and the Unia union.

Your qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of unemployment insurance
• Leadership experience in a similar position and completed leadership training 
• Further education in the social insurance sector
• Commercial training EFZ or equivalent education
• Resilient personality with high social competence and assertiveness
• Confident German, very good knowledge of a second national language desired
