As a Business Portfolio Manager, you take responsibility for the portfolio in the areas of document and data management, integration, analytics workbench, and artificial intelligence. You ensure that strategic initiatives are prioritized, create added value, and successfully advance our bank in the digital age.

Your tasks
- Developing and managing our portfolio for Document, Data & Analytics as well as AI – from strategy through conception to implementation
- Prioritizing initiatives, managing resources, and ensuring transparency in budget, progress, and risks
- Shaping governance and decision-making processes as a contribution to strategic alignment
- Working closely with business and IT stakeholders to orchestrate complex requirements and ensure strategy-compliant results
- Enabling innovations in the AI area – from developing proofs of concept to productive use
Your profile
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, or a related field
- Several years of experience in portfolio/program management, focusing on data, analytics, or AI in a regulated environment
- Very good understanding of data engineering, data governance, as well as cloud-native integration platforms (e.g., Kafka) and analytics processes and platforms
- Practical experience with SAFe / Lean Portfolio Management or comparable agile scaling frameworks
- Innovative spirit, strategic thinking, and enjoyment in making complex contexts understandable
- Very good German & English skills (at least C1)
