Tasks

• Management of own districts, order release, and credit checks
• Incoming payments
• Monitoring and clarification of open items
• Handling and execution of dunning processes
• Traveling with the field service
• SAP/ERP key user, participation in the further development of internal company processes and their automation as well as digitization
• Assistance in accounts payable during vacation or illness-related absences

Requirements

• Good financial accounting knowledge
• Commercial basic training
• Solid MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken German skills as well as very good knowledge of French
• Flexible and resilient personality with an independent and reliable working style
• Quickly grasp complex issues, develop customer-oriented solutions, and implement them efficiently
