Tasks
- Management of own districts, order release, and credit checks
- Incoming payments
- Monitoring and clarification of open items
- Handling and execution of dunning processes
- Traveling with the field service
- SAP/ERP key user, participation in the further development of internal company processes and their automation as well as digitization
- Assistance in accounts payable during vacation or illness-related absences
Requirements
- Good financial accounting knowledge
- Commercial basic training
- Solid MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German skills as well as very good knowledge of French
- Flexible and resilient personality with an independent and reliable working style
- Quickly grasp complex issues, develop customer-oriented solutions, and implement them efficiently
