These are your tasks
- Independently implement projects of medium to high complexity within the Network Operations Pipe Media department
- Analyze, further develop, and document existing processes
- Identify improvement potentials and prepare decision-making bases
- Methodically accompany and empower managers in process thinking
- Co-develop process goals and key figures
- Keep an overview of the project and process landscape of the department as an internal hub and advance it in a focused manner
What distinguishes you
- Completed basic training EFZ with further education (e.g., process specialist with federal certificate, certified process technician HF, business economist HF or bachelor’s degree (HF/FH))
- Several years of experience as a project manager
- Analytical thinking skills and structured working method
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Target group-oriented communication and confident expression
- Enjoy working in a team as well as forward-looking and solution-oriented project work
