Tasks
- You plan and accompany the development of the residents, design daily routines that promote independence
- You maintain trusting relationships, also with reference persons, conduct conversations, and support in crisis situations
- You organize events, coordinate appointments, and occasionally take on transport duties
- You document development processes and handle administrative tasks
- You support the team as a skilled professional in educational questions
- You assist in the supervision of apprentices and students
Requirements
- Social pedagogue, nursing specialist, care specialist, or similar training
- Ideally, you have experience in supporting people with disabilities
- You conduct conversations confidently, actively address conflicts, organize in a structured way, and gladly take on responsibility
