Department:DSDCEntity :Neuchâtel Police (PONE) - Emergency Police (PS)Activities :As part of your activity, you actively participate in the development and implementation of operational and strategic options for emergency police, while ensuring the quality and coordination of essential rescue and security missions. You manage or contribute to the management of cross-functional projects and the continuous improvement of the unit. In addition, you hold the role of judicial police officer and participate in police duty shifts. Finally, you represent the emergency police by delegation with various partners.Desired profile :Holder of the federal police officer certificate and the officer course (CAS CEP), which you can acquire on the job, you have several years of experience both in the field and in management functions. Recognized for your leadership, you also possess strong strategic management skills and a sense of public responsibility. Your ease in working in a network and your skills in managing complex projects are well established.
