Your Tasks

Ensuring a smooth process of consultations as well as assisting in other specialist areas
Assistance during consultations
Scheduling consultation, treatment, and diagnostic appointments
Preparation and follow-up of consultation rooms
Transcribing from dictation, correcting and sending medical reports as well as independently processing and setting up workflows
Coordinating internal and external inquiries from patients and referrers via email and phone (reports, prescriptions, appointments)
Meticulous maintenance of electronic patient records (KISIM/Business Central)

Your Profile

A completed vocational training as MPA, Health Specialist (FaGe), or Certified Nursing Specialist HF
A strong affinity for handling medical-technical devices and PCs
Forward-looking organizational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and highly patient- and service-oriented personality
With your confident German and solid terminology knowledge, you reflect our professionalism in transcribing from dictation as well as in handling all correspondence
You are a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and highly patient- and service-oriented personality with organizational talent and joy in your profession
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork.
