In your role as (Senior) Consultant Financial Services (80-100%), you will work on implementing innovative solutions in the financial services sector. You will actively contribute to the growth of Exxeta Switzerland by participating in business development activities and collaborating with Exxeta tech and business experts from different locations.

• Direct contact with senior management and subject matter experts in the context of technology and data, regulatory projects, as well as digital and business transformation

What we expect from you

• Personal background: Master's in Banking & Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, Business Informatics, or comparable (but not a must if equivalent professional experience can be demonstrated)
• Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience in consulting within the financial services industry
• Methodological expertise: Experience as a business analyst or project manager in projects implementing regulations (preferably with interfaces to digital transformation and technological solutions)
• Mindset: You have a hands-on mentality and bring an entrepreneurial spirit, along with the desire and flexibility to develop further in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you are interested in technological solutions in the financial sector and possess strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with clients.
