Dog Professional (Animal Caretaker EFZ or FBA) wanted for our location in Küsnacht ZH (100%)

Citydogs has been the exclusive dog daycare in Küsnacht ZH since 2008. Over the past two years, we have successfully expanded – with a location in Kilchberg. For our charming daycare in Küsnacht, we are looking immediately for a dedicated and dog-loving person to strengthen our team.

What we do

We offer professional day and holiday care for dogs. In Küsnacht, we also run a dog groomer, and our dog training is conducted by the experienced dog trainer Noëlle Fueter. All dogs are lovingly cared for with us – around the clock.

Your tasks

• Two pack walks daily with our dogs
• Care, grooming and feeding of the dogs over lunchtime in the daycare
• Cleaning of the daycare and associated vehicles
• Taxi service with our company vehicles
• Writing short customer emails with photos and daily reports
• Care of holiday dogs also on weekends and public holidays – with overnight stays in our lovely daycare in Kilchberg
• Assisting with weekly and monthly planning, thinking ahead and efficient organisation
• Communication with customers and team

What you bring

• You love dogs and understand their behaviour
• You have completed training as an Animal Caretaker EFZ or FBA
• You hold a driving licence (manual and/or automatic) and drive confidently
• You speak very good German and have basic knowledge of English
• You are willing to care for holiday dogs in the evenings and at weekends (compensable)
• You are looking for a long-term commitment (at least 1–3 years)

Reliable, conscientious, punctual and honest. You are physically fit, motivated, cheerful and love working with dogs. Team spirit, organisational talent as well as a neat and confident appearance characterise you. You place great value on cleanliness and remain calm and composed even in stressful situations.
