In the heart of the city of Zurich, the Residential Homes in Seefeld offer
various locations for living and life space for adults
with cognitive or multiple disabilities.
At the Ottenweg location, people live who need special care and basic support
due to their degree of disability and age. We are looking for from March 1, 2025 or by arrangement a
Team Leader Care (80%)
Your tasks:
- Independent management of a residential group in all professional and
organizational matters - Accompanying, supporting, and promoting residents with multiple
disabilities - Communication with legal representatives, relatives, and medical
professionals - Leading a small team
- Responsibility for client and group administration
- Participation in various projects
Your profile:
- Experience in working with people with multiple disabilities
- Completed training as FABE/FAGE or nursing specialist
- Leadership experience in a social or nursing environment
- Ability to learn, resolve conflicts, and work in a team
- Organizational skills and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience, and humor
