What you will do with us:
- You care for and support clients at home – friendly and professional.
- You accompany, promote, and empower apprentices on their path to becoming our future specialists.
- With great joy and commitment, you shape the individual learning processes with us and let the apprentices benefit from your know-how.
- You work closely with other care professionals in a team.
What you bring:
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
- Great if you have already completed a vocational trainer course; otherwise, we are happy to support you with this.
- You enjoy accompanying apprentices.
- You are responsible and work reliably.
- You have high professional and social competence and enjoy learning.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- You have a category B driving license.
