WHAT YOU DO

As a Store Manager, you are fully responsible for the store and lead your team with the goal of creating an inspiring, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. You ensure an excellent operational and visual customer experience and actively promote collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking at all levels.

You:

• are responsible for the overall customer experience in the store, ensure a strong visual and commercial presentation, implement service tools to strengthen customer loyalty.
• analyze sales and budget targets, derive targeted optimizations, and implement them with your team – while paying attention to cost-efficient store maintenance and the sensible use of all resources.
• efficiently plan tasks and personnel deployment, ensure the smooth operation of all operational processes – from the sales area to storage areas to cash and cabin routines as well as daily store opening and closing.
• strategically develop your team through recruiting, onboarding, regular feedback discussions, and individual development, as well as succession planning – and strengthen motivation, cohesion, and performance culture.
• keep track of current fashion trends and relevant influencers with a keen sense of style and ensure that your team uses this knowledge effectively in customer interactions.
