• You accompany people of all ages with holistic nursing and care.
• You advise and support relatives as well as caregivers.
• You lead, document, and manage nursing processes.
• You independently take on case management.
• You pass on your knowledge to HF students.

• Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF.

• Enjoy working with modern IT (RAI-HC and Perigon knowledge is a plus).
• Experience in Spitex is an advantage.
• Driver's license category B.
