Every year, many young people take the leap into professional life with us as cooks, kitchen assistants EBA, healthcare professionals (FaGe), health and social assistants (AGS), hotel and housekeeping professionals EFZ and EBA, facility maintenance professionals EFZ, ICT specialists EFZ, as well as commercial employees.

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with about 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and a focus on dementia.

The regional Spitex forms an important part of the care offering. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, a night Spitex is planned to be established.

• Reception and service: advising and serving customers, preparing the breakfast buffet, serving all meals

• Cleaning tasks: cleaning residents' rooms, common rooms, and public areas

• Laundry: washing residents' laundry, stain treatment, ironing, operating washing machines and dryers, mending clothes

• Kitchen: working in the kitchen and dishwashing area, preparing breakfast and cold dishes, assisting in production

• Completion of compulsory schooling

• Good German skills (at least level B2)

• Careful and precise working style

• Sense of responsibility and reliability

• Good organizational skills

• Team and communication skills, good manners, and sociability

• Empathy and willingness to help

• Sense of cleanliness and order
