Your tasks
- Administrative and organizational support for our HR Business Partners
- Writing work certificates, managing applicant management, creating lists and statistics from various personnel systems, insurance registrations and all correspondence as well as managing absence management
- Responsibility for telephone service and the HR mailbox; central contact point in the HR department
Our requirements
- A commercial basic education and completed further training as a personnel assistant or HR clerk
- Professional experience in personnel administration is an advantage
- Responsible, team- and service-oriented personality with organizational talent and high quality awareness
- Confident, flawless German in spoken and written form
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), high IT affinity
- Open-mindedness and humor
