Your tasks
- Participation in selected customer meetings as well as structured minute-taking including follow-up of defined action points
- Participation in internal appointments/events including preparation and follow-up
- Collaboration in projects and strategy topics as well as independent takeover of clearly defined subprojects and tasks
- Assumption of administrative and organizational tasks for the department management (appointment scheduling, coordination, email management, etc.)
- Structuring of tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities within the department
- Close cooperation with various internal departments to support strategic initiatives
- Maintenance and updating of the CRM and other control systems
- Preparation and organization of business trips and events
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the banking sector
- Several years of professional experience in an assistant, coordination, or project role
- Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- High personal responsibility and the ability to proactively drive and coordinate topics
- Very good communication skills and a good understanding of cross-departmental processes
- Willingness to travel occasionally and flexibility in working hours
- Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2), additional language skills are an advantage

Your first six months with us
