The Weisse Arena Group in LAAX is a pioneer in alpine tourism and an enthusiastic community for unique mountain adventures. The group includes various hotel and gastronomy businesses, sports and rental shops, a ski, snowboard, and bike school, as well as a management and construction company. Our success? The Galaaxy is the hub of the LAAX ski area and is much more than a normal mountain station. In the winter season, we gladly serve our guests in the Capalari restaurant as well as in the Main Station and accommodate them in the Mountain Hostel. On top of the Galaaxy, the Bridge serves as a seminar and coworking space. Our Hangar is both a Kids School restaurant and a location for larger groups and events. The terraces of the Sun Deck and the Satellite Bar also offer plenty of space outdoors.

We are looking for you – as the new restaurant manager at Restaurant Capalari!

• You manage the service processes and ensure smooth operations in the restaurant
• You actively care for and advise our guests to provide them with an unforgettable experience
• You manage table reservations and optimally seat guests
• You design our wine and beverage offerings and provide suitable recommendations
• You organize, optimize, and monitor workflows in the service area
• You lead and train our employees (about 10 people) and support them in their development
• You actively assist in daily operations and serve as a role model for the team
• You operate the POS system and reliably complete daily and monthly closings
• You are responsible for wine and goods purchasing and ensure quality and cost control
• You have completed training in the service sector and have several years of professional experience
• You have already gained initial leadership experience and gladly take responsibility for the service area
• You have very good German and English skills
• You enjoy working in a lively gastronomy business
• You work reliably, persistently, and responsibly
• You possess a healthy degree of assertiveness
• You handle stressful situations confidently
• You have very good German and English skills
• You are willing to stay overnight on the mountain 2–3 days per week
