For the semi-acute ward with a focus on "social psychiatry" of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, we are looking for a
Tasks
- Personnel management of around 15 employees
- Implementation and consolidation of effective organizational structures and processes
- Active participation in dual leadership as well as in intensive interprofessional collaboration in the acute psychiatric setting
- Active involvement in future-oriented change processes, especially in the further development of nursing-therapeutic services
Profile
- Nursing professional (HF/FH) preferably with professional experience in inpatient psychiatry
- Integrity and trustworthy personality with high self- and social competence
- Proven leadership skills with corresponding leadership experience preferred
- You are familiar with change processes
