Your tasks:

• You should be capable of leadership, team building, and motivation of the employees and department reporting to the site manager in Altendorf and master these skills

• Strategy implementation and participation in strategy development are very important to us

• You are responsible for the creation and setting of the budget for the Altendorf plant

• Ongoing optimizations of collaboration within the direct area of responsibility as well as with departments and companies of the group will also be your task

• You will be responsible for ensuring the operational day-to-day business and all commercial activities of the Altendorf plant

• You must always observe compliance with Swiss and relevant international regulations

• You will be responsible for compliance with all internal and recognized industrial standards

• Ensuring continuous cost control; efficiency analysis and ongoing adjustment and implementation of new insights in practice will also be your task

• Maintaining an open communicative culture is important to us, yet you should also build a relationship of trust

• You promote adherence to the group’s strategic points

Your profile:

• Professional training: Completed technical apprenticeship or degree

• Studies: Further education in mechanical engineering and business administration

• Other training: Proficient in handling MS Office programs

Experience:

• Several years of practical experience in the international capital goods business

• Experience as managing director

• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
