Customer Service / Sales Support Employee (m/f/d)
To strengthen our internal sales team, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented individual who enjoys customer care and order processing. In this versatile role, you will ensure that our customers in the glass packaging sector for beer / mineral / soft drinks and food are reliably supported and that our internal processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your tasks:
- Receiving and processing customer orders (by phone, in writing, and by email)
- Ensuring smooth operations in customer service and goods delivery
- Preparing offers and annual agreements as well as maintaining the corresponding prices in SAP
- Recording, checking, and sending cancellations, credit notes, direct debits, and returns
- Coordinating and agreeing on delivery dates, postponements, and special requirements
- Checking dunning lists as well as monitoring availability and stock levels
- Opening and maintaining customer data in SAP
- Close cooperation with sales management and field sales
- Opening, processing, and tracking logistical and technical complaints
Our requirements:
- Completed commercial basic training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good French and English skills
- Good MS Office skills, and initial SAP experience is an advantage
- High assertiveness, independence, and a proactive working style
