Health Specialist as Full-Time Vocational Trainer (100%)

You accompany our apprentices in the professions of Health Specialist EFZ and Health and Social Assistant EBA during their training and support them in their professional and personal development.

What to expect

• Planning and coordination of learning support
• Accompanying and promoting apprentices in everyday professional life
• Conducting assessments and documenting learning progress
• Preparation of educational reports and competency certificates
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the training concept
• Collaboration with educational and nursing teams

What you bring

• Completed training as FaGe EFZ with at least 2 years of professional experience (ideally long-term care/home care)
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia
• Pedagogical further training (e.g., SVEB certificate) or willingness to complete it
• Enjoyment in working with apprentices
• Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work at our various locations in Bülach and Bachenbülach
