These are your tasks

• Organization of commissioning and service appointments in the areas of building technology, e-mobility and ZEV (joint self-consumption)
• Economic deployment planning of our service technicians
• Coordination and agreements with installers, administrations, caretakers and residents
• Technical, telephone customer consultations
• Ongoing monitoring of appointment and order situation

This is what you bring with you

• Basic training in the electrical field (e.g. electrician, electrical planner)
• Experience in the commercial area is an advantage
• High customer orientation, reliability and team spirit
• Likeable, communicative manner and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Proficient in handling MS Office programs
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Personally, you convince through independent working style and resilience
