With your experience in project management and project leadership (at least 5 years) as well as initial leadership experience, you take responsibility for a team of five employees. You have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, actively shape structures, and successfully implement projects together with your team.

Your main tasks:

Team Lead

• Leading a 5-member team on equal footing
• Coaching, mentoring, and further development of team members
• Performance management and regular feedback discussions that motivate and create clarity
• Ensuring a structured and efficient project approach
• Clear, binding communication – even in challenging situations

Project responsibility

• Analysis, conception, and implementation of development projects for our complex software projects in the field of public transport
• Taking over projects with a technical background
• Monitoring and communicating project progress, budgets, and quality
• Preparation of technical concepts including offer creation
• Developing and communicating visions for customer solutions
• Active support of stakeholders and their needs

Structure & continuous improvement

• Creation and maintenance of project plans, reports, and status updates
• Deriving and securing best practices and lessons learned
• Supporting risk management and problem solving within projects

Your profile:

• You bring solid experience in project management and project leadership (at least 5 years).
• You already have initial leadership experience and live a participative leadership style.
• The common project management methods and tools are part of your daily business.
• You know the mechanisms in public transport or tourism.

You understand the needs of our customers, translate them into digital requirements, and always keep the entrepreneurial goal in mind.

• You think analytically and can explain complex topics understandably.
• Your working style is organized and structured, and you take responsibility for yourself and your team.
• You communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience, and on equal footing in confident German and good English.

If you additionally

• have a degree in business administration, project management, or a comparable field and
• have experience with technologies in the API and cloud environment and
• are even familiar with Jira,
