Your Tasks
- In specialist responsibility, you shape the diagnostics and treatment in the multiprofessional team
- This includes the clinical-diagnostic assessment of patients, the indication, the clarification of the legal status, as well as the therapy planning and implementation
- The focus is on older, mostly still independent patients – based on a transdiagnostic understanding and with the aim of maintaining their maximum autonomy
- You actively drive the further development of our contemporary, patient-oriented, and integrative treatment concepts
- You are also committed to their implementation in close collaboration with supervisors and the interprofessional team
- You plan and coordinate the medical-therapeutic resource deployment on your station
- Close collaboration with other focuses and stations of Psychiatry Baselland as well as with external caregivers and authorities is a matter of course for you
- In addition, you actively participate in the training of assistant doctors and assistant psychologists
Your Profile
- A specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy distinguishes you or you are close to obtaining it
- You have already acquired the focus title in geriatric psychiatry or it is to be acquired as part of the employment
- You are open to cross-setting activities in the sense of treatment continuity
- Working in multiprofessional teams brings you joy; your quick comprehension, independent working style, and responsible actions convince
- Leadership skills and enjoyment in the conceptual further development of treatments are among your strengths
- A recognized MEBEKO recognition is available
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written (at least level C1) complete your profile
