• administratively support the regional manager for private and business customers of the Mittelland West and Jura/Northwest Switzerland regions in all leadership tasks (performance management, reporting, controlling, sales campaigns, etc.)
• prepare decision-making bases and develop presentations
• take minutes of leadership meetings
• coordinate and plan internal and external events and accompany their implementation
• coordinate marketing activities in the regions and manage the budgets
• handle incoming customer concerns professionally and service-oriented

• ideally a completed banking apprenticeship or a commercial basic education as well as experience in a comparable function
• a professional, solution- and service-oriented approach
• a sociable and trustworthy personality
• high independence, personal responsibility, and implementation skills
• discretion in handling confidential information
• confident written and oral communication skills in German, French knowledge is an advantage
