Your Tasks
- Professional activating rehabilitation nursing and care of patients as well as support for relatives in the monitored rehabilitation ward
- Taking over work-organizational tasks in the role of daily responsibility
- Constructive and situation-appropriate collaboration in the interprofessional team
- Ensuring quality and continuity in the nursing process
- Assisting in the training of HF/FH students, apprentices in health care professions
Your Profile
- Completed and recognized diploma training in nursing at tertiary level in Switzerland (HR/Bsc/DN2/AKP)
- Completed certificate course in monitoring care (ÜWB) or willingness to complete it or recognized advanced training NDK, IMC, NDS intensive, anesthesia or emergency care
- Interest in an interprofessional way of working and working with uniform concepts
- Willingness to learn as well as commitment and resilience
- High service orientation
- Computer skills
- Very good knowledge of German
