Job Description
- Design of injection molding tools and articles
from development to technical release - Technical interface
between production, engineering, and external partners - Development and testing of tool concepts
as well as hot runner design using Moldflow - Conducting design reviews
and optimizations based on filling simulations - Implementation of change and correction orders including cost and quality tracking
- Process improvements and standardization
active shaping of workflows and standards - Documentation and know-how transfer
Qualifications
- Completed training as a designer, polymechanic, plastics technologist, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in design
- Knowledge of modern CAD systems (preferably VISI/Catia V5-V6)
- Good German and English skills
- Enjoyment of responsibility and collaboration at eye level
