To strengthen our product management team in Oensingen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a:

Product Manager 100% (m/f/d) in the Bodywork & Paint Sector

What awaits you 

You support our growing product management and contribute to optimally further developing our range. In doing so, you work closely with purchasing, sales, and marketing, analyze market and customer needs, and actively shape our products and assortments.

Your mission:

• Maintenance and optimization of our extensive product range of paints, consumables, and capital goods for painters and panel beaters
• Support in daily business (ERP data maintenance, product texts, data adjustments, and maintenance of the e-shop)
• Calculations, pricing, and margin control
• Planning and implementation of promotions
• Market and competitor analyses as well as deriving measures in close cooperation with sales and management team
• Collaboration with suppliers, purchasing, and field service as well as accompanying customer projects

What you bring:

• Completed technical or commercial basic training with further education at HF or FH level
• Experience in product management or category management (ideally in trade, the bodywork industry, or tool supply)
• Good knowledge in assortment planning, pricing, and KPI analyses
• Very good Excel and MS Office skills
• Confident negotiation skills with suppliers, including international
• Analytical, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinking
• Strong communication and presentation skills, initiative, and decisiveness
• Fluent German (native or equivalent), good English skills; French is an advantage
