At the interface of medicine, public health and health policy, a versatile role awaits you with responsibility, interdisciplinary exchange and exciting projects. In doing so, you actively shape the health care of the canton of Lucerne.
Your tasks
- You independently process cost approval requests, assess medical issues and are an important professional contact person for your team.
- You lead exciting public health projects and accompany their implementation, for example in the field of skin cancer prevention.
- Taking into account the principle "outpatient before inpatient", you check the obligation to provide services and ensure a comprehensible assessment.
- You actively participate in the health policy project "EFAS - uniform financing outpatient before inpatient".
- As support to the department head, you take on further professional and administrative tasks and gain insight into different topics of health care.
Your profile
- You have a Master’s degree in human medicine as well as additional training and bring experience in the health sector or in the field of public health.
- With your communicative manner, you succeed in actively shaping interdisciplinary collaboration and networking various specialist areas.
- You work independently and precisely according to scientific principles.
- Initiative, goal and result orientation characterise you as much as resilience, flexibility and team spirit.
- Thanks to your networked thinking, you quickly recognise connections and keep an overview even with demanding tasks.
