What you need to shine

• Federal certificate of foreman in plastering (or recognized equivalent).
• Several years of field experience and a CFC as a dry construction plasterer.
• Solid experience in team management and site organization.
• Good mood, responsiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• The ability to plan, anticipate, and manage unforeseen events without losing your calm.
