Legal Employee 80-100% - Lucerne
This is what you will do
You primarily advise members on labor, social security, debt enforcement and bankruptcy, as well as immigration law issues.
Independent, timely, and solution-oriented handling of the corresponding legal cases according to the legal protection regulations.
In court proceedings, you take over the representation and support of members before the labor court.
You establish contact/intervention with employers and authorities.
This is what you bring
- Law degree with experience or lawyer's license
- Confident German, an additional language (Italian or Portuguese) is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Resilient, assertive, and empathetic personality
- Identification with trade union work
