Skills

Professional training and SLRG Pool Plus certification required.

Your Tasks

Monitoring/supervision of the bath and sauna area for safety
Conducting sauna infusions and rituals
First aid and life-saving immediate measures in emergencies
Competent information about area-relevant infrastructure and offers
Active guest care, advice, information, and towel service
Smooth cooperation with internal cross-departmental units
Daily water sampling & keeping service-relevant protocols
Providing and supplying laundry carts with used and fresh laundry
Execution of tasks according to the weekly cleaning plan Bath / Sauna

Your Profile

Professional basic training desired
Swimming certificate SLRG Pool Plus or IGBA Pro required
Specialized training and further education in medical and/or bath and sauna operations advantageous
Professional experience in a service company desired
Great interest/affinity for the sauna and wellness industry

Very good German skills required
Foreign language skills desirable, French and Italian advantageous
Basic PC user skills as well as technical understanding

Very friendly manners and well-groomed appearance
Communicative and confident demeanor
High flexibility, resilience, and stamina
Enjoy working in a team and creative organization
Discretion towards third parties
Willingness to schedule working hours on all weekdays as well as to work on weekends and public holidays required
