At our five locations in the Bern metropolitan area, relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing and support are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

For this reason, we offer a position at tilia Wittigkofen starting January 1, 2026 as
Your task
- independently ensure a neat service for our residents in the dining room (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- responsible for menu orders and inventory management
- various cleaning and transport tasks
- co-responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene standards in the dining room
Our requirements
- training in the field of hospitality/housekeeping or experience in a similar role
- enjoyment in working and interacting with people in need of care
- neat appearance and very good oral and written German skills (understanding dialect is an advantage)
- high quality awareness and service mindset
- willingness to work weekend shifts
- independent, flexible and communicative personality
