Our specialized competence center supports people with special support needs on their way into the working world. We offer individual assessments, practical training, and tailored training programs that are oriented towards the skills, interests, and potentials of the participants. The goal is to prepare young people with psychological burdens as best as possible for sustainable professional integration – with heart, expertise, and a strong network.

Do you want to make an impact instead of just managing? With us, you accompany participants on their way into the working world, structured, practical, and with real scope for design. As a specialist, you take over the management of our integration measures as well as responsibility for the project « Restwert » Sargans in our small team in Sargans.

In the project «Restwert», participants work in a real, market-oriented setting: They receive used goods, professionally prepare them, create online listings, and handle the sales process. This creates meaningful jobs where administrative, logistical, and digital skills are built and trained, with direct reference to the primary labor market. • Act as a work educator for integration measures for adults and youth
• Lead the "Restwert" project at the Sargans location
• Communicate and collaborate as a contact person for referring agencies (especially IV offices)
• Responsibly accompany participants and support them individually as a reference person
• Ensure daily structure and guide a group of up to 6 (max. 10) participants within the framework of "Restwert"
• Train everyday, self, and social skills in the work module (project «Restwert»)
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily with internal and external specialists (e.g., job coaches)
• Prepare, conduct, and document location meetings and final discussions
• Write final reports in a differentiated and resource-oriented manner

• Completed training/continuing education in work education, social work, social pedagogy, as a care specialist (with corresponding professional experience), or similar
• Solid experience in the field of professional integration, especially in case management and work as a reference person
• Experienced in accompanying and supporting people with multiple psychological burdens
• Strong self-organization skills, high relationship and team competence
• Confident, professional appearance as well as stylistically secure, target group-appropriate communication in spoken and written form
• Good commercial knowledge and proficient handling of common IT applications
