Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing – Permanent Position
Activities
- Programming, optimizing, setting up, and monitoring production systems and machines
- Ensuring the specified production process and validating new process steps
- Performing quality controls according to GMP, assisting with general quality control
- Creation/production of prototypes and small to medium series
- Programming and operating laser machines and sandblasting equipment
- Assisting in the optimization of production processes
- Adhering to and implementing the prescribed quality requirements ISO 13485 and MDR
- Maintenance work on various machines and production systems
Requirements
- Mechanical vocational training (production mechanic or polymechanic, ideally CNC mechanic)
- Experience in machining technology, ideally in medical technology
- German spoken and written, English is an advantage
- Independent and efficient working style
- High willingness to identify, analyze, and solve problems
- CAM programming
- MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Enthusiasm for metrology
