In this exciting role, you act as a hub in customer acquisition. You support sales, advise customers, and clarify the feasibility of customer requests with our product developers and IT.
Main tasks
- Interface between the specialist departments, sales, product management, development, and customers
- Professional support of sales during the acquisition phase and with complex customer requirements
- Analysis and structuring of customer requirements as well as coordination of technical feasibility
- Preparation and execution of product presentations and live demos
- Solution-oriented consulting of prospects and customers
- Participation in tenders, offers, and solution concepts
- Systematic feedback of market and customer information to product management and development
Requirements
- You have a bachelor-level education in the technical and/or business field.
- You have experience in pre-sales consulting, product management, sales, and/or IT projects.
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of software solutions and IT systems.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good process understanding as well as a networked and analytical way of thinking.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and collaborating in interdisciplinary teams.
- Independent and structured working style.
- Very good German and English skills (French skills are an advantage).
- Willingness to travel.
