The ECHOJAZZ AG, based in Kriens, develops, refines and markets high-performance acoustic absorbers made from recycled PET. With our products, we improve speech intelligibility as well as acoustic and visual comfort in offices, retail, restaurants and hotels, as well as in sports halls, schools, kindergartens, swimming pools and production facilities.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, versatile and strong leadership personality as Head of Warehouse & Logistics.

Your tasks

In this role, you combine leadership responsibility with hands-on commitment. You ensure that the processes in the warehouse and shipping function efficiently and reliably, coordinate the interfaces with production and pitch in yourself when it matters.

Professional and personnel management of the logistics team with 3–5 employeesPlanning, organisation and continuous optimisation of warehouse and shipping processesEnsuring quality, punctuality and efficiency in day-to-day businessActive participation in goods receipt, order picking, assembly and shippingLeadership, promotion and development of employeesEnsuring occupational safety, order and cleanliness in the area of responsibilityContinuous improvement and further development of internal processesClose cooperation with production and other internal interfaces

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in warehouse and logistics with leadership experienceStrong team and leadership skills as well as resilience, flexibility and assertivenessEnjoy organising, improving processes and pitching in yourselfIndependent, precise and structured way of workingHigh quality and sense of responsibilityValid forklift licence
