At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a VIE Corporate Actions Officer.

🤓 The team

The position is to be filled at our offices in Lausanne.

This position will be attached to the Support team composed of 6 employees.

You will also be in contact with the technical teams based in our offices in Portugal and Singapore.

👨‍💻 Your responsibilities

You will be in charge of the following tasks:

• Analyze the information and instructions received and verify the economic justification of the responses
• Enter the various operations or securities events into the information system
• Anticipate important securities events
• Write mailings to clients and inform the Account Managers and Middle Office
• Process and account for operations after checking confirmations from correspondents
• Manage the taxation applicable to Securities Operations
